Stepfamily of the Month & Stepfamily of the Year

In the spirit of acknowledgment and recognition of National Stepfamily Day, each month a new Family will be selected from nominations submitted to be National Stepfamily Day’s Stepfamily of the Month.
This idea is intended to celebrate exceptional Families and share their stories. The joys, trials, and triumphs.

On the 16th of each month, the National Stepfamily Day website will feature the Stepfamily of the Month, their family photo, and their essay. The family will also receive a National Stepfamily Day “Family of the Month,” Certificate.
September 16th 2010, we will announce the Stepfamily of the Year. This essay will be judged by a panel of Stepfamily Experts. The Stepfamily of the Year could be a new nomination or a pass monthly Stepfamily of the Month nominee. The Family will receive a National Stepfamily Day “Family of the Year” Plaque.
